The Role This is a hunter-style sales role suited to someone who thrives on opening doors, generating new business opportunities, and building a strong sales pipeline.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and targeting businesses that employ remote, distributed, or front-line workforces and positioning the platform as a solution to improve communication, training, engagement, and operational efficiency.

This role is ideal for someone energetic, self-motivated, tech-savvy, and passionate about solution-based selling.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound sales activity

Identify and engage decision-makers across various industries

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline

Develop strategic relationships with prospective clients

Understand client operational challenges and position suitable solutions

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing

Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and client experience

Ideal Profile

Strong hunter mentality with a passion for new business development

Proven sales track record in technology, SaaS, telecoms, software, or solution sales

Comfortable with cold calling, networking, and proactive client engagement

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Commercially driven and target-oriented

Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment

Strong relationship-building ability

Self-managed, disciplined, and motivated

Advantageous Experience

Experience selling SaaS, digital platforms, communication tools, training solutions, or workforce management technology

Exposure to industries with large front-line or remote workforces

Experience engaging with HR, Operations, L&D, or Executive-level stakeholders
