Waybill Controller, Durban

Responsibilities

Clearing all goods as per dispatch control sheet and waybills.

Filing of depot 1 and depot 2 copies (where applicable)

Ensuring that depot 2 copies are sent to the correct RM.

Ensuring that all office billing and receiver copies are put into sleeves and attached to goods.

Capturing of CNA POD’S

Allocating of waybills to all customers and recording allocations.

Assisting with daily vehicle change overs.

Daily Report.

Compliance, Risk and Quality

Maintaining and enforcing company policies and procedures.

100% compliance with health and safety regulations.

Compliance with relevant laws and regulations relating to operations.

Timeous communication of risks and issues to the Regional manager.
