Source and secure new high-net-worth insurance clients Conduct detailed needs analyses to identify gaps in existing cover Structure and present tailored insurance solutions aligned to client needs Manage the full policy lifecycle including onboarding, servicing, renewals, and claims Maintain strong, ongoing relationships through personalised engagementMonitor client portfolios, including renewals, claims experience, and policy performance Ensure all documentation, compliance, and regulatory requirements are met Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service Drive portfolio growth while maintaining profitability and client satisfactionJob Experience and Skills Required:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in short-term insurance (personal lines essential) Proven experience working with high-net-worth clients FAIS compliant (RE, credits, Fit&Proper requirements) Strong understanding of insurance products, policy structures, and underwriting principles Experience in both sales and servicing environments Excellent negotiation, advisory, and client engagement skills Ability to work independently and manage a portfolio end-to-end Strong administrative and organisational skillsCompetency Requirements:
