We're in search of a seasoned Finance Manager with a proactive mindset, possessing expertise in financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and strategic financial planning. Capable of thoroughly analyzing operational complexities and making significant contributions across various finance domains. Demonstrated success in enhancing financial results and optimizing operations for greater efficacy.Duties&Responsibilities Responsibilities: Collaborating with senior management to manage budgets, providing financial insights and recommendations. Supervising financial operations and reporting, including the analysis of monthly results and communication with internal and external stakeholders. Working with cross-functional teams to streamline reporting processes and control costs.Developing and implementing effective financial policies and procedures to mitigate risks. Coordinating with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and address audit inquiries promptly. Preparing tax calculations and filing relevant returns. Analyzing financial data and key performance indicators to identify emerging trends.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Strong understanding of financial management principles and up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Proven track record (minimum 3 years) in finance, preferably in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.Preference for experience in insurance and financial services sectors.
