Sales Administrator - Shopfitting, Durban

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-driven

Sales Administrator

to join a fast-paced shopfitting environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with technical drawings, numbers, and supporting a dynamic sales team from quotation through to order stage.

You will play a key role in preparing accurate quotations based on client drawings, compiling material breakdowns, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external sales representatives.

What You’ll Be Doing

Interpreting architectural/shopfitting drawings and extracting key information

Preparing accurate and detailed quotations based on drawings and specifications

Compiling material take-offs and cost breakdowns for each project

Working closely with external sales reps to ensure accurate quoting and client requirements are met

Managing and updating customer and project information on CRM systems (Zoho or similar)

Using Excel extensively for costing, calculations, and quotation preparation

Ensuring all documentation is accurate, professional, and delivered on time

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a Sales Administration, Estimating, or similar role

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (essential)

Experience using Zoho CRM or similar systems

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings confidently

Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with sales teams and clients

Advantageous Experience

Background in shopfitting, cabinetry, kitchen manufacturing, or joinery

Experience with material take-offs, BOQs, or estimating

Understanding of fittings, finishes, and manufacturing processes
