Team Supervision&Support:

Oversee day-to-day operations and coordinate with the team to ensure targets are met. Assist in managing staff, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.

Sales and Customer Relationship Management:

Support sales activities related to air compressors and related equipment (dryers, pressure vessels etc). Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, helping to secure repeat business and address customer concerns.

Inventory and Supply Chain Management:

Assist with monitoring inventory levels of compressors, parts, and accessories. Ensure that stock is replenished in time and managed efficiently.

Maintenance and Technical Support:

Ensure that air compressors are properly maintained and serviced. Troubleshoot and provide technical support as needed, either on-site or in collaboration with the technical team.

Compliance and Safety:

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations related to air compressor operations. Implement safety standards and procedures to protect workers and customers.

Administrative Duties:

Handle administrative tasks such as reporting, scheduling, and documentation related to the sales and service processes. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12 5+ Years experience in the understanding of air compressor systems, operations, and maintenance Tertiary qualification in HVAC/Trade Test in Airconditioning&Refrigeration/Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (an added advantage) Management Skills: Ability to lead teams and manage resources effectively. Customer Service: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to deal with clients and address their needs. Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose technical issues and find efficient solutions.Sales and Marketing: Understanding of sales processes in industrial products.

RUMUNERATION

R16,000 To R25,000 (Negotiable depending on qualification and experience)
