We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Recruiter to join our successful, dynamic team in Durban. The role will involve building relationships, developing and retaining new business, as well as servicing clients from a recruitment perspective.

Duties&Responsibilities

Required Experience:

Proven track record of revenue generation and client retention Excellent written and verbal communication skills A passion for sales and building client relationships Candidate assessment, interviewing, reporting, profiling and database management In-depth knowledge of recruitment as well as recruitment processes in a recruitment agency environmentOwn transport essential Recruitment consultants with an agency background are welcome to apply.
