Sales&Marketing: creating social media ads on Canva, boosting ad campaigns Ensuring Offer to purchase/PROCSA Agreements /JBCC Contracts are filled out correctly Liaison to Clients, professional team, conveyancers and banks Assisting with snagging for new and existing developments Understand and formulate excel formulaeKnowledgeable in Project feasibility reports Understand Construction Bill of Quantities - Budget vs Actual costing Sourcing Quotations from various suppliers Ability to draw up Minutes of Meetings Maintain website content Ability to reconcile general ledger accounts Diary Management; Be able to coordinate meetings and send out meeting invitesDesired Experience&Qualification

Bachelors Degree in Project Management Bcom Finance&Accounting Btech in Quantity Surveying Working Experience: 1 - 2 years Familiar with the Construction Industry Package&Remuneration

R10 000.00 - R 12 000.00 - Dependent on Experience
