The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and profitability for the company's food retail division. They lead a team of marketing professionals to execute campaigns, promotions, and initiatives that enhance brand visibility, attract customers, and drive product awareness and demand.Duties&Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to drive foot traffic and sales. Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for growth. Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and sales, to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and objectives.Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using KPIs to track progress and optimize strategies. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and competitive advantage. Desired Experience&Qualification

3 to 4 years experience as a Brand / Marketing Manager for a Retail Brand. Marketing Degree.
