Description
Post graduate degree in Supply Chain or Sales and Marketing as well as a commercial or management degree. Valid Code EB driver's licence 10 years' experience in a marketing and sales function that includes managing complex and/or significant customer relationships and key/national accounts with at least 5 years in managementrole. Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in logistics or supply chain management. Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Responsibilities: Channel Strategy Formulation and Implementation
Develop and execute effective channel strategies to enhance market reach and customer engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with business objectives. Market and Customer Insight Maintenance
Continuously monitor market trends, customer behavior, and industry dynamics. Leverage insights to inform decision-making and drive growth. New Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Build strong relationships with potential clients and partners. Strategic Account Management
Manage existing customer accounts strategically. Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. Customer Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers. Resolve issues promptly and maintain positive relationships. Develop and implement pricing strategies. Balance profitability with competitive market dynamics.
