Requirements

Proven experience as a General Foreman in road construction projects

Strong understanding of road construction methods and safety regulations

Minimum of 10 years of experience

Excellent leadership and team management skills

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure

Valid driver’s licenseRelevant qualification or certification in construction management or civil engineering is a plus
