Key Responsibilities

Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat

Assist with online orders, deliveries, and general enquiries

Deliver professional service in

German and English

Work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Requirements

German proficiency

B2–C2

(spoken&written)

English proficiency

B2–C2

Matric / Grade 12 (essential)

Customer service or call centre experience advantageous

Willingness to work 24/7 rotational shifts (including weekends)
