What You'll Do:
Lead and motivate:
Build and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment. Strategize for success:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies, analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth. Cultivate relationships:
Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations. Negotiate and close deals:
Secure profitable sales agreements through skilled negotiation and a customer-centric approach. Analyze and optimize:
Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven solutions. Stay ahead of the curve:
Embrace new technologies and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge. What We're Looking For:
2-3 years of experience
in a similar automotive sales management role (advantageous). Valid Code 8 driver's license. Matric or higher qualification. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Experience in planning and implementing effective sales strategies. Strong customer relationship management skills. Excellent leadership and team management abilities.Passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to excellence.
