We are seeking an experienced

Site Supervisor

to manage and oversee the daily operations and maintenance of a power plant, including reporting to the client and the implementation of health and safety requirements. This role is available for a

Botswana citizen , in the area of

Francis Town, Botswana .

Job Responsibilities

Oversight and management of contractors and visitors on site.

Identify areas for improvement.

Perform reporting, administrative tasks and data analysis.

Liaise with H&S, environmental and GCC specialists.

Oversee technical staff such as maintenance and facility technicians and ensure that required training levels are met.

The position reports to top management and provides input to strategic decisions that affect the operations of the power plant and may give input into developing budgets.

Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.

Qualifications&Skills Requirements

Engineering Qualification or relevant experience.

Preferably experienced in heavy current (high-voltage systems, grid operations).

Knowledge of light current (control systems, instrumentation, SCADA).

Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.

Valid Driver's License.

Minimum 3+ years of supervision experience in engineering or energy-related projects.

Proven ability to lead teams and manage contractors on-site.

Experience in renewable energy operations and maintenance is preferred.
