Senior Conveyancing Paralegal (RKSCP), Durban

Main job function

Registration of subdivision, consolidation and servitudes.

Opening of sectional and township registers.

Drafting of commercial bonds (mortgage and notarial) for institutions such as Standard Bank, Nedbank, Investec, Grindrod (African bank) etc.

Handle all aspects of the conveyancing process, including document preparation, client communication and liaising with relevant parties.

Handling bonds and transfers with precision and efficiency.

Facilitating and finalizing cancellations.

Assist with property transfers and related legal procedures.

Manage deadlines and ensure timely completion of all conveyancing tasks.

Maintain accurate records and files.

Qualifications

Grade 12

Criteria

Minimum 5-10 years’ experience working in a conveyancing environment.

Experienced paralegal with both transfer and bonds experience with FNB, Standard Bank and Nedbank Bank.

Strong FICA knowledge.
