to join our fashion retail team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual who can translate global trends into compelling product ranges that resonate with our customer and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute product strategies aligned to brand direction and customer needs

Source and build commercially successful ranges across assigned categories

Analyse sales, trends, and customer insights to inform buying decisions

Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and product development

Work closely with Merchandise Planning to ensure optimal stock levels and profitability

Monitor in-season trading and react quickly to maximise opportunities

Travel (locally and/or internationally) for sourcing, supplier meetings, and trend research

Ensure product quality, pricing, and margin targets are achieved

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Buyer within fashion retail

Strong commercial acumen and trend awareness

Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills

Ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

Strong organisational and time management skills

Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of the customer
