We are seeking a strategic and commercially minded

Planning Manager

to lead our merchandise planning function within a fast-paced fashion retail environment. This role is ideal for a data-driven leader who can translate insights into action, optimise stock investment, and drive overall business performance. Key Responsibilities:

Define and lead the merchandise planning strategy aligned to business objectives Drive sales, margin, stock turn, and profitability across all categories Lead forecasting, budgeting, and seasonal planning processes Oversee OTB (Open-to-Buy) and ensure effective stock management and flow Analyse trading performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and implement corrective actionsPartner closely with Buying, Design, and Operations teams to deliver cohesive strategies Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing planning team Ensure strong inventory control, minimising markdown and maximising sell-through Requirements:

Proven experience as a Planning Manager or Senior Merchandise Planner in fashion retail Strong leadership and people management skills Advanced analytical ability with strong Excel and planning system expertise Deep understanding of retail metrics and financial levers Commercial mindset with excellent attention to detailAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment What We Offer:
