Learning&Development Manager– Sales (Durban) We’re on the hunt for an experienced learning leader who knows how to build capability, shift behaviour, and drive real sales performance.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys designing impactful learning experiences, embedding them into the business, and seeing the direct effect on sales results, product understanding, and compliance.

What you’ll own Sales capability development across telesales and face‑to‑face environments Product knowledge and compliance training that translates into confident, effective selling The end‑to‑end design and rollout of learning programmes Embedding learning into daily operations to drive measurable performance improvement

This role suits someone who: Takes ownership of learning outcomes, not just training delivery Thinks practically about how learning drives sales performance Has strong influence and can embed behaviour change in fast‑paced environments Enjoys building, not just facilitating, learning experiences
