TOOL, JIG&DIE MAKER (PINETOWN, KZN), Durban

To design, build, modify, and maintain tools, jigs, dies, and molds used in plastic injection molding, press tooling, and assembly processes.

Qualifications&Experience

Qualified Tool, Jig&Die Maker

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Background in injection molding and/or press tooling preferred

Must have experience in CAD design

Skills&Competencies

Proficiency in toolmaking processes and machine operation

Experience with:

EDM (Spark erosion and wire cutting)

Universal turret milling

Conventional lathes and surface grinding

Proficient in CAD/CAM software

Basic knowledge of CNC machining

Familiarity with plastic injection molding and stamping operations
