Senior Process Technician– Westmead, Pinetown A leading electronic manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Senior Process Technician to drive process optimization, SMT efficiency, automation integration, and continuous improvement within a high-performance manufacturing environment.

Requirements:

BSc/BEng in Engineering

5–7 years’ electronics manufacturing / EMS experience

Strong SMT, wave soldering, AOI, X-ray, PFMEA, Lean Six Sigma expertise

Proven leadership in process improvement, NPI, and technical team management

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong professional to lead manufacturing excellence, improve quality, and deliver significant cost savings.
