REPORTS TO

Section Manager or any other person appointed to supervise him/her from time to time. Primary Position Purpose

Provide supporting services and prepare documentation for projects as well as provide other appropriate technical support. Key Responsibilities

Identify areas for improvement within projects and processes Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices related to management services Document projects within guidelines set by supervisor Produce high quality drawings and documentation Attend technical discussions and project delivery meetingsWrite meeting minutes Interact with project team and external consultants Prepare payment certificates and budget forecasts Ability to resolve conflicts on site, or between external consultants, making sure to not aggravate any arising issues and solve conflicts in an ethical manner Recommended Qualifications, Key Performance Indicators

A N. Dip/BTech in relevant field 0-3 years’ experience post qualification Capability and desire to learn Complete quality documentation within a required timeframe Quality Professionalism Awareness of time and deadlines Mindset of continuous learning Strong problem-solving skills, with good attention to detailTakes ownership and responsibility for own work Team player and Adaptability EEO Statement
