Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth in alignment with organizational objectives. Analyze sales performance, conduct thorough analyses, forecast sales accurately, manage pipeline and budget, and identify areas for growth. Lead sales initiatives by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities and partnerships to expand revenue streams and enhance market presence.Manage stakeholder engagements to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention across all territories and lines of business. Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, set clear goals, motivate team members, and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the sales department.Education&Experience

Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Software or Telecomms Minimum of 3 years experience as a Commercial Executive, Head of Sales, or similar role. Proven track record of driving commercial success and accuracy in sales forecasts and budgets in local and international markets.Previous experience in an electronics or similar environment, with exposure to utilities, is advantageous. Knowledge of customer relationship management systems such as SAP and Sales Force. (ESSENTIAL) Strong understanding of commercial strategies, marketing, and business planning Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel both locally and internationally.
