Sales Representative - OEM Vehicle Accessories (KZN), Durban

Job Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with OEM customers. Promote the brand in order to enhance the value of all company products. Participate in events and open days to ensure visibility of the brand. Find new prospects, new markets, growth areas, and customers. Identify and report on new emerging trends.Expand sales channels to maximize business opportunities. Provide market feedback on products. Understand customer needs and devise plans to meet them. Devise strategic thinking sales plans in order to meet objectives, enhance and expand the business, and achieve sales targets. Collaborate with Marketing and Business Management on promotional strategies that meet customer demands.Coordinate activities with Finance, Warehousing, and Logistics departments to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless processes. Negotiate and close deals that contribute to the growth of the business. Deliver exceptional customer service. Respond to and resolve any customer concerns. Maintain and update customer information and sales data.Attend industry-specific events to build network and relationships. Desired Experience&Qualification

Matric. Maintain a professional image. Must be self-motivated and confident. Consultative sales experience. Proven track record of success. Able to multitask and manage multiple priorities. Able to work independently. Strong reporting skills. Excellent time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Interested?
