We are seeking a creative and dynamic Communications Specialist to join a vibrant student‑focused environment. This role is ideal for someone passionate about storytelling, digital engagement, and enhancing the student experience through impactful communication.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute engaging communication strategies for student programmes and events

Create compelling content across social media, newsletters, websites, and digital platforms

Collaborate with student bodies and internal departments to drive engagement

Maintain and update communication platforms, including websites and calendars

Track performance metrics and optimise communication strategies using data insights

Ensure all messaging aligns with brand guidelines and is inclusive and accessible

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, or related field

2–5 years’ experience in communications, marketing, or student engagement

Strong writing, editing, and storytelling ability

Experience with social media management and digital communication tools

Ability to engage with diverse audiences

Preferred Skills

Experience within higher education or student-focused environments

Basic graphic design and content creation skills

Strong organisational and project management ability

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret engagement data
