Facilities Manager, Durban

Minimum Requirements

Matric / equivalent qualification

Health&Safety accreditation

3–5 years’ facilities management experience

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Security Manager

Valid driver’s license

Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills

Computer literate (MS Office– Excel, Word, Outlook)

Key Responsibilities

Manage cleaning, maintenance, security, and contractors

Ensure compliance with health&safety regulations

Oversee building maintenance and facility operations

Coordinate renovations and maintenance projects

Handle emergency responses and security callouts

Ensure premises are opened and locked correctly
