Job Purpose The programme will train learners to:

Operate automated packaging equipment

Maintain safety and quality standards

Understand production line processes

Develop communication and coordination skills in a factory environment

Key Responsibilities During the programme, learners will:

Perform production line operations and cleaning tasks

Conduct pre-start checks for safety and readiness

Monitor product and packaging quality

Identify and resolve process issuesPrepare raw materials for production

Maintain safety compliance at all times

Complete learnership assessments and logbooks

Applicants must have:

Grade 12 (Matric)

with Mathematics and Physical Science OR

Skills and Attributes Successful candidates should demonstrate:
