JR112320**REPORTS TO**Section Manager or any other person appointed to supervise him/her from time to time.**PRIMARY POSITION PURPOSE**Provide supporting services and prepare documentation for projects as well as provide other appropriate technical support.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*** Identify areas for improvement within projects and processes* Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices related to management services* Document projects within guidelines set by supervisor* Produce high quality drawings and documentation* Attend technical discussions and project delivery meetings* Write meeting minutes* Interact with project team and external consultants* Prepare payment certificates and budget forecasts* Ability to resolve conflicts on site, or between external consultants, making sure to not aggravate any arising issues and solve conflicts in an ethical manner**RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS, KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS*** A N.
