Finance Manager

to lead our finance function. Role Summary

The Finance Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day and strategic management of the company’s finances, ensuring accurate reporting, strong financial controls, regulatory compliance, and effective cash flow management in a funeral insurance environment. Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow. Oversee premium income, claims payments, commissions, and reconciliations. Ensure compliance with FSCA, SARS, and statutory requirements. Maintain strong financial controls and support audits. Provide financial insights to support business decisions.Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 5+ years’ finance experience, including management responsibility. Experience in insurance or FSCA-regulated environments (essential). Strong knowledge of South African tax and regulatory requirements.
