to lead their marketing initiatives and maintain brand integrity across all communication channels. Key Responsibilities: Drive the development and execution of marketing strategies that align with business goals

Oversee brand management and ensure consistency across all campaigns

Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring high performance and creative output

Manage end-to-end marketing projects from concept to completion

Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and promotional events

Monitor marketing budgets, KPIs, and ROI to optimize campaigns

Build strong stakeholder relationships across internal and external partners

Requirements: A Degree in Marketing, BA Communications, or related field

8–10 years of experience in brand or consumer insights management

Strong understanding of the marketing mix and brand positioning

Proven experience in the South African retail and wholesale landscape

Advanced Microsoft Office skills

Excellent leadership and team management experience

Self-starter with strategic thinking and hands-on implementation abilities

Creative thinker with a passion for innovation

Strong research, analytical, and decision-making skills

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to stores
