Senior Merchandise Planner

to join our dynamic fashion retail team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives on turning data into actionable insights and driving business performance through effective planning and stock management. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute merchandise plans aligned to business strategy and sales targets Drive sales, margin, and stock optimisation across product categories Analyse trading performance and identify risks and opportunities Manage OTB (Open-to-Buy) and ensure effective stock flow across stores and channelsCollaborate closely with Buying, Design, and Operations teams Lead forecasting, budgeting, and seasonal planning processes Mentor and develop junior planning team members Ensure strong stock management, minimising markdown and maximising profitability Requirements:

Proven experience in a Senior Merchandise Planner or similar role within fashion retail Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and planning tools Deep understanding of retail metrics, stock management, and trading levers Commercial mindset with a strong attention to detail Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment What We Offer:
