Our ideal candidate should possess the following qualities: Proven experience in overseeing the operations of a complex plant that requires the implementation of Just-in-Time (JIT) processesExceptional leadership and management abilities Minimum of 10 years of experience in Operations Management Duties&Responsibilities

Market Development Identify target potential customers within assigned geography and utilize network, research, or other methods to open doors Develop clientele and intelligent business proposals Negotiate pricing and contracts to deliver value and growth Develop sales strategy Execute sales strategy and lead cross functional team to meet client expectations for accuracy and timelinesValuation of potential investments Business Analytics Applying rigorous critical thinking to potential and existing investments, including financial, economic, and other considerations Create financial projections for growth and profitability Focus on profitable revenue growth, including robust new business development, achieve stated gross margins and EBITDA targetsDevelopment and implementation of strategies, plans and business models Assist in defining the target markets, and commercial strategy Participate in and lead strategy development, help position the business Establish individual performance standards, goals and objectives-- measure and provide feedbackDevelop written Account Plans for strategic accounts including metrics to define annualized sales potential at each account Develop, execute and manage sales plans and budgets. Manage expenses and report in a timely fashion Project Management Efficiently and effectively managing assignments from commencement to conclusionSeeking new clients and then executing their projects Serve as technical expert for clients and potential clients as needed to discuss research, development, and demonstration needs Lead the preparation of high-quality technical proposals Customer Relationship Management Develop written Account Plans for strategic accounts including metrics to define annualized sales potential at each accountIdentify and help develop strategic relationships with partners or potential customers Develop account relationships, identify opportunities and capture service opportunities at strategic accounts within assigned geography or industry Establish a linkage between the customer’s business strategy and the company’s capabilitiesBuild good relationships with the regulatory bodies and other stakeholders Market Intelligence and Marketing Monitor the competition to better understand issues and threats and develop plans to eliminate barriers Working with the marketing department to plan marketing and promotion, including advertising, review media, specials sales and subsidiary rightsDeveloping a good marketing plan for the company's products and business Investigating industry activities and trends to develop meaningful insights Proactively identifying and absorbing relevant information about the industry Develop and implement product marketing strategies including advertising campaigns and sales promotionsOperations Management Working with plant manager to ensure that plant is running optimally and safely Develop and manage safety procedures Ensure SOP’s are developed and enforced Oversee timely deliveries to customers Oversee billing of customers Management of technical issues at operations and customer sitesReporting to the board on sales, operations and other operational matters Ensure all statutory registrations are carried out and implemented Manage the logistics SLA Set employee goals and objectives Develop staff to maximize potential Monitor staff performance including performance reviews Delegate work duties to staff to attain objectivesAllocate use of available resources Monitor and assist staff with work progress Have been assigned responsibility and authority to ensure implementation of ISO 9001 Quality Management System and its maintenance thereof. Also ensure the integrity of the QMS is maintained when changes to the QMS are planned and implemented as well as report to top management about the quality systemDesired Experience&Qualification

Must have a Chemical Engineering qualification Min 10 years experience in a Management role
