B.Com with Accounts 3 essential. Min 5+ years in a finance function. Good IFRS knowledge. Syspro experience an added advantage. Strong planning and organization skills. Motivated team player. Minimum Job Requirements:

Strong planning and organization skills. Attention to detail. Time management skills. Positive attitude. Self-disciplined. Motivated team player. Duties and Responsibilities:
Report to the Chief Financial Officer: Finance:
Manage and oversee the Finance department. Review monthly management accounts. Actively involved in the annual budget process and the annual external audit. Submit VAT for the respective entities. Manage commercial investments via the Trust. Financial accounting and reporting. Annual financial statements and compliance adherence.Treasury:
Administrator for the bank accounts. Manage and determine cash flow requirements. Liaise with the financial institutions on all statutory compliance matters. Monitor and manage the organization’s cash investments. Authorize weekly/monthly payments. All other Treasury related matters. Admin:
Manage the administrative functions where needed. Manage the office equipment contract renewals. Manage the schedule of contracts and SLAs. Facilitate the annual insurance renewal. Review claims submitted, ensuring accuracy. Ensure finance processes claims correctly. Represent as a SARS Representative for the organization.Risk:
Track organization risk and compliance and monitor for acceptable levels. Liaise with relevant department to ensure compliance on risk items. Maintain risk registers and legislation compliance. Prepare quarterly report for Risk Committee. Procurement:
Manage and oversee the personnel and strategic and operational functions. Information Technology:
Manage and oversee the IT department and outsourced Consultants, to meet the IT requirements. Package&Remuneration
R630 000.00 per annum (cost to company) - negotiable
