WD30268851## **What you will do**As the **Consultant Sales Manager for Chillers**, you will be responsible for driving the specification of Johnson Controls’ chiller and HVAC solutions with MEP consultants, developers, and key stakeholders across **KwaZulu‐Natal**. Your focus will be on our HVAC product portfolio — specifically **Chillers, Air Handling Units (AHUs), and Fan Coil Units (FCUs)** — ensuring these solutions are positioned and specified in major projects within the region.You will be based in **Durban**, working closely with our South Africa team to expand our footprint, strengthen consultant engagement, and support our long‐term growth strategy in Sub‐Saharan Africa.You will be accountable for securing specifications forour Chillers and Airside products with consultants, clients, and contractors, while also supporting the broader team with **value engineering, basis‐of‐design development, and technical training** on HVAC equipment.As part of the Africa organization, you will operate in a dynamic, collaborativeenvironment that enables you to leverage your technical expertise and commercial insight to deliver on our business objectives.## **How you will do it**In this role, you will use your strong technical background in **Chillers, AHUs, and FCUs** to influence consultant designs and ensure Johnson Controls solutions are included in project specifications. You will conduct **technical presentations, product training, and seminars** for consultants, end users, and industry partners.You are self‐driven, proactive, and skilled at developing long‐term customer relationships.
