Visual Merchandising Manager

to lead the visual presentation of their national retail spaces, ensuring a cohesive brand image and an engaging customer experience. You will be responsible for designing and implementing visual displays that drive foot traffic, enhance customer interaction, and maximize sales.

Responsibilities Include:

Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies aligned with brand identity and sales objectives.

Plan and implement seasonal displays, in-store signage, window installations, and product presentation.

Collaborate with buying, marketing, and retail teams to support promotions and new product launches.

Manage visual standards across all store locations, ensuring consistency and quality.

Conduct regular store visits to audit displays, provide training, and guide store teams on best practices.

Analyze performance metrics (e.g., sales data, footfall) to evaluate the impact of visual merchandising strategies.

Source materials, props, and display fixtures while managing budgets effectively.

Stay up-to-date with retail trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to continuously improve visual appeal.

Manage Capex and Opex Budgets

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in a multi-store retail environment.

Qualification in Similar Field, Fashion etc.

Own Vehicle and Drivers License Essential
