Overview

Hirsch’s is looking for two creative and self-driven

Videographer

to capture, edit, and produce engaging video content for events, products, and social media platforms. The videographer will be responsible for creating innovative visual content, including AI-enhanced animations, while managing their own equipment and tools. Key Responsibilities

Videography&Content Capture

Film events, in-store promotions, customer activations, and community initiatives. Capture product and lifestyle content for social media, website, and advertising. Produce both short-form and long-form video content tailored to platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn).

Editing&Post-production

Edit raw footage into high-quality final videos. Add motion graphics, sound design, and AI-generated elements to enhance storytelling. Create promotional and campaign-driven video assets.

Creative Development

Work with the marketing team to develop concepts and storyboards. Introduce fresh, creative ideas to keep Hirsch’s content modern and engaging. Stay updated with digital trends, especially AI tools and animations.

Independence&Equipment

Manage and maintain own videography equipment (cameras/cellphone, lights, sound gear, etc.). Handle on-site shoots independently, ensuring professional quality output. Organize and archive video material for future use.

Requirements

Proven experience as a videographer and video editor. Strong portfolio of event, product, and social media content. Proficiency in editing software Familiarity with AI animation/motion design tools. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Own videography equipment / high quality cellphone camera will sufficeValid driver’s license and reliable transport to get to events/stores
