Description
To ensure the successful transfer of all Share Block weeks.

Duties and responsibilities:

Liaise and follow up with owners to ensure that all required documentation is completed successfully.

Take ownership of queries to ensure the timeous and accurate transfers.

Liaising with other Departments.

Accurate and timeous reporting.

General office administration.

Qualifications and experience:

Matric

3 - 5 years Administration experience

Sound knowledge of Excel

MS Office and Electronic Mail

Excellent communication and administrative skills (verbal and written)

Must be able to prioritise and work under pressure to meet deadlines

Organised, accurate, and able to multitask
