Job Overview

To provide our Company Management with accurate, complete and value-adding financial reporting, financial analysis and management insight relating to the financial status of campaigns administered&sold by the company. Duties&Responsibilities

Key financial analysis and metrics as required by the business Financial modelling for business cases Variances analysis Data Analysis Lapse, Churn and Persistency Analysis Preparing Budgets and assisting with year-end audits Responsible for the submission and analysis of each bill run Preparation of Bordereaux reconciliations to ensure all commission structures are in line with SLAsResponsible for the timely resolution of all queries relating to bill run submissions Responsible for completeness and accuracy of customer premium collections. Pay through the bank stats for Client Services and Sales Ensuring our databases are in sync with our Policy Administrators Responsible for preparing written financial analytic reports and presentationsSystem testing Desired Experience&Qualification

Qualifications and Experience Required Matric Must have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role Experience in Billing and working knowledge of Debicheck Must have Advanced Excel and working experience on Fabric Experience with Financial Modelling Experience in the Financial Services Industry would be an added advantageBehaviour and Competencies Required Diligent, honest, and trustworthy Proactive, punctual, and reliable Understands the importance of confidentiality Self-motivated individual Possess exceptional analytical skill Innovative and out of the box thinker Ability to communicate and engage with all levels of managementStress management and the ability to manage and co-ordinate deadlines under pressure Package&Remuneration
