WHAT YOU WILL DO

Achieve regional sales, revenue, and profitability targets

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers

Sell value-driven technical solutions across multiple customer segments

Identify market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities

Manage the full sales cycle including quotations, proposals, and follow-ups

Prepare call reports, maintain CRM data, and update sales planners

Collaborate with internal teams on tenders, finance applications, and customer events

Assist with general sales administration, including debtor follow-ups

Represent the business professionally at customer days and industry-related events

Travel extensively within the assigned region as required

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Matric + relevant qualification

5+ years proven sales experience

Knowledge of materials handling and cleaning industry (advantageous)

Experience selling technical or industrial equipment (compressors advantageous)

Strong closing ability with formal sales training an added benefit

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

Ability to understand and explain technical product features and benefits

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Experience with CRM systems (Autoline/Bluewave ideal)

Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and confidence

Willingness to travel extensively within the region
