industry. The Camp Manager will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all departments, including both front‑of‑house (FOH) and back‑of‑house (BOH) functions.

Working in a breathtaking bush environment, this position requires a dynamic leader who can balance operational excellence with outstanding guest service. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the Lodge’s luxury standards, managing daily operations, and implementing systems that enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.

The Camp Manager will lead, mentor, and develop staff, fostering a positive team culture and encouraging continuous skills upliftment within the Camp.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Camp Manager or Lodge Manager in a 4/5‑star Hospitality environment (essential)

Strong understanding of full Lodge operations, especially FOH and F&B within a luxury Camp

Proven leadership skills with the ability to train and uplift staff performance

Excellent guest engagement and Hospitality service delivery skills

Solid financial acumen and strong administrative capability

Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel essential)

High level of professionalism and grooming expected in a luxury Lodge

Valid driver’s license required

Package

R20 000– R25 000 per month (depending on experience)
