Job Title: Labour Law Attorney Associate
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert legal counsel on labour law matters
Represent clients in CCMA hearings, Labour Court proceedings, and settlement negotiations.
Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and case briefs.
Conduct legal research to support case strategies and ensure clients receive the highest quality representation.
Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members to drive successful case outcomes.
Who We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
Admitted attorney with a focus in labour/employment law.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in labour law, including representation in CCMA and/or Labour Court.
