Duties & Responsibilities
Own and manage reception and switchboard with a professional, client-focused approach
Ensure a consistently neat, professional reception and meeting environment
Coordinate refreshments for visitors and internal meetings
Manage office consumables (stationery, groceries, cleaning stock) with cost awareness
Execute accurate filing, document control, and general administration across the business
Provide timely and error-free support to sales administration
Support management with daily operational requirements

Strong administrative accuracy and attention to detail
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
