They are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join on a temporary basis, with potential to transition to permanent. About the Role Reporting to the Credit Manager, you will take ownership of a large and complex debtor ledger within a fast-paced, corporate environment. This is a highly stakeholder-focused role requiring a professional and relationship-driven approach to collections. Key responsibilities include: Managing a large, high-value debtor ledger with a focus on timely collections Leading end-to-end collections activity, including complex and escalated matters  Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Partners Conducting regular ledger reviews and providing updates on outstanding debt Maintaining a non-adversarial, client-focused approach to collections  Working closely with billing and AR teams to resolve invoicing issues Supporting credit assessments, onboarding and risk management processes Preparing aged debtor reports and providing cashflow insights About You You will be an experienced Credit Controller who thrives in a professional services environment and is confident dealing with senior stakeholders. Ideally, you will bring: 5+ years proven experience managing large, complex debtor ledgers Strong end-to-end collections experience in a corporate environment Background in a law firm or professional services highly preferred Excellent communication skills with a polished, professional approach Ability to balance firm collections with maintaining client relationships Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities Experience with practice management systems Intermediate to advanced Excel skills What’s on Offer Immediate start to temp role with potential to go permanent 50 to 60 per hour + super (depending on experience)  CBD location with 2 days WFH Supportive team environment within a reputable law firm Opportunity to take ownership and make an immediate impact
