This role is ideal for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant who thrives in a fast-paced international environment and enjoys driving financial governance, treasury management, compliance, and strategic financial planning across multiple jurisdictions. This opportunity offers exposure to offshore investments, international banking, global tax structures, property development, and strategic financial decision‑making at executive level.WHAT YOU WILL DO

Oversee the financial integrity and governance of offshore entities across multiple jurisdictions Develop and maintain robust finance policies, procedures, and internal controls Manage offshore audits, Annual Financial Statements, and external auditor relationships Monitor global cash flow and oversee international treasury and payment processesResearch and recommend investment opportunities and high‑yield platforms for excess funds Build and maintain strong relationships with offshore banking institutions Conduct financial feasibility studies and research for offshore investments and developments Assist with international capital raising and review financing structures and term sheetsManage SARB reporting, compliance submissions, and loan covenant requirements Oversee offshore tax compliance and identify legal tax optimization opportunities Deliver monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and executive reporting Contribute financial insights toward long‑term strategic business decisionsStay updated on IFRS for SMEs, international legislation, and global property regulations WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Chartered Accountant (SA) or equivalent international qualification Minimum 3–5 years post‑article experience in a financial management role Previous exposure to international investments, offshore entities, or property development environments preferred Strong understanding of IFRS for SMEs and international accounting principlesExperience dealing with offshore tax jurisdictions and SARB reporting highly advantageous Strong treasury, cash flow, and financial analysis skills Ability to interpret complex financial information and provide strategic insights Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent communication and presentation skillsHigh levels of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail Commercially minded with strong problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities
