Branch Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills to support branch operations and drive success. Key Responsibilities

Overseeing all branch operations, ensuring efficient day-to-day functioning. Leading, training, and motivating branch employees, including hiring and performance evaluations. Support sales activities by ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction. Oversee stock control processes, including receiving, storing, and dispatching stock accurately.Ensuring customers receive high-quality service and resolving any issues or complaints that may arise. Monitor branch performance metrics. Address operational issues, implement solutions, and ensure adherence to company policies. Ensuring the branch follows all relevant regulations, company policies, and industry standards.Qualifications and Experience

A relevant qualification in business management, operations, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a similar industry. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel if required.
