People (HR) Administrator&Recruiter Luxury Game Lodge– Kruger National Park – Mpumalanga

This role is ideal for a people‑focused individual who is passionate about supporting teams and driving effective HR processes in a dynamic hospitality setting. A background in hospitality and prior HR experience will be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities and Requirements

Provide full HR administrative support including payroll, data capturing, and reporting

Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes

Support training, development, and employee wellness initiatives

Ensure compliance with labour legislation and HR policies

Manage staff administration including housing, uniforms, and equipment

Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality

Maintain accurate records and HR systems (MS Office&payroll systems)

Work independently while supporting the broader management team
