Requirements

Completed Degree and Articles, currently completing Honours and working toward Board exams; or a completed CTA, ready to register as a CA(SA).

At least 3–5 years of auditing experience, including proven supervisory exposure in managing teams and client portfolios.

Responsibilities

Supervising audit assignments and leading audit teams

Managing client relationships and ensuring high-quality deliverables

Reviewing audit files and providing technical guidance to junior staff

Contributing to the development and training of trainees and interns

Ensuring audits are completed on time and in accordance with standards

Strong understanding of auditing standards and IFRS

Great leadership and mentoring abilities

High attention to detail and professional integrity

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
