Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the pre‑owned vehicle sales team to achieve monthly targets

Drive sales performance and maximise profitability within the used vehicle department

Oversee vehicle stock, pricing strategies, and turnover

Monitor sales processes and ensure compliance with dealership standards

Motivate, train, and develop sales staff

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Analyse sales performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement

Minimum Requirements

Proven experience as a Pre‑Owned Vehicle Sales Manager within a dealership environment

Strong leadership and team management skills

Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Traceable references

Valid driver’s license

Matric certificate

Clear ITC and criminal record
