Job Summary:

We are looking for a conveyancing specialist to join a high-performing English residential conveyancing team that generates conveyancing fees for our blue chip law firm client in England. You will combine your technical conveyancing and leadership skills to deliver a high-quality client experience, whilst managing our legal risk and delivering exceptional value to their clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maximise conveyancing fees for our client.
• Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
• Deliver a Brilliant client experience.
• Ensure compliance with our client's risk policies, flag and escalate risks promptly.
• Proactively communicate with key stakeholders.
• Keep abreast of legal and technical developments in the English conveyancing space.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
• Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa
• Experienced conveyancing paralegal

Requirements:

• Minimum three (3) years' residential conveyancing experience.
• Conveyancing experience in English law an advantage.
• Work UK hours and take UK Bank holidays.
• Ability to work from home if required (min 20 meg fibre line).
• Valid driver's license.
• Own transport.

• Detailed knowledge of residential conveyancing in South Africa and/or the United Kingdom.
