Learnership Overview We currently have a great opportunity available for 24x vibrant learners looking to cement their careers within the Contact Centre industry. A Learnership is a structured learning program for gaining knowledge and practical skills in the workplace, leading to a qualification, registered on the National Qualification Framework. The duration of a Learnership is twelve months.

Skills and Experience

In possession of a grade 12 certificate (not the statement of results).

Valid learner’s/driver’s license.

+1 year of work experience within the call centre industry or an interest in the industry.

Not previously completed the same learnership.

South African citizen by birth.

Aged 18‑30.

Not employed or studying full‑time.

Fully proficient in English.

Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.

Attention to detail, conflict management, and professionalism.

Must have no criminal record/activity.

Resilience and commitment to the program.
