SPCC is seeking to employ a Store Manager who will be responsible for day-to-day activities. The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. Their duties include motivating sales teams, creating business (store specific) strategies, implementing promotional material, managing controllable expenses, training new staff, also providing customers with a pleasant shopping experience through product knowledge, stock availability, excellent housekeeping, latest fashion trends, and minimizing stock losses.
